An international biotechnology company has chosen ReadSoft’s invoice processing solution for the processing of paper and electronic invoices.
The company implemented SAP a year ago, and now decided to automate its invoice processing.
The company specializes in the development of therapeutic products for people with chronic and life-threatening diseases. It’s AP associates are usually assembling packets of data for each invoice with documentation, routing the material for approval. To minimize the associated costs and delays, the company adopted ReadSoft’s invoice processing solution which can identify the documents and information. ReadSoft’s workflow processes will also handle invoice approvals as well as exceptions.
ReadSoft’s invoice processing solution provides capabilities which enable organizations to improve invoice processing cycle times, control and visibility, and is tightly integrated with SAP. The biotechnology company also chose ReadSoft’s Mobile Approval solution to provide employees with access and ability to approve invoices via a smart phone.
“Even today, organizations are suffering from the painful setbacks of manual processing while struggling to face the demands of future growth,” comments Jan Andersson, President and CEO at ReadSoft. “We are excited about the opportunity to work closely with this organization to deliver more efficient invoice processing in their SAP environment and better position them for future growth and success.”
