Gravic, Inc. attended the FETC (Florida Education Technology Conference) last week at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The company showcased its data collection and analysis solutions.

At the conference Gravic discussed and demonstrated its Remark Office OMR and Remark Web Survey and their various uses including tests, assessments, attendance tracking, parent surveys, quizzes, school climate surveys, registration forms, research studies as well as various other paper or online forms.
Users can capture data from paper OMR forms created in any Word processor using the Remark Office OMR solution and an image scanner. The application can recognize 1D and 2D barcodes and machine printed text with optical character recognition (OCR). It also supports automatic form identification.
Remark Web Survey allows users to create, host and administer custom online forms. The built-in email client enables users to create, send and track invitations.
Both software applications come with Remark Quick Stats, an analysis component that delivers reports for survey tabulation and test grading. The produced reports measure students' performance on and include student grade reports, test and survey statistics, demographic comparison reports, item analysis and more.
