The Swiss law firm Lenz & Staehelin has selected I.R.I.S. to implement iManage WorkSite, Autonomy’s document management solution. WorkSite will further improve the solution.

Lenz & Staehelin is the largest law firm in Switzerland with its three offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich. The firm was awarded “Swiss Law Firm of the Year 2009” by Who's Who Legal. The firm’s current software solution includes conflict of interest, accounting and document management, as well as administration of mandates and billing. Lenz & Staehelin was looking for a document management system that would allow them to save, search and retrieve the correct information faster. Lukas Morscher, Partner and Head of IT, Telecoms & Media at Lenz & Staehelin commented: “In our evaluation of a new document and email management system, it soon became clear that WorkSite iManage promises to best address our firm’s needs. Our assessment of experience made by law firms abroad confirmed our first impression we gained from I.R.I.S. professionals that they would be best suited to act also as our  implementation partner in Switzerland.”
“In particular, the functionality in the areas of collaboration, portal access, knowledge and now also workflow, makes iManage WorkSite a popular system within the legal profession. Within all law firms we see that once the ease and efficiency of WorkSite is experienced, they don’t want otherwise. The fact that the solution as well as I.R.I.S. was selected by this Swiss specialist within the legal profession is very gratifying,” said Dries Ausems, Business Development Manager at I.R.I.S.
Autonomy iManage delivers a comprehensive suite of information management applications, all on a single platform. It is currently used by 1,400 law firms worldwide.
