The leading Dutch organization on the retail industry Coop Supermarkten has selected ReadSoft's invoice processing solution for SAP to improve the quality of their financial processes. The solution will be processing 680,000 invoices annually.

            Using ReadSoft's invoice processing solution to automate their invoice processing, Coop can process and book invoices into SAP with almost no manual intervention. This will allow Coop to realize faster booking, processing, and payment of all the incoming invoices in a single integral system. The solution will help discover any price differences between orders and invoices. "We have chosen ReadSoft because of its proven solution and we need the handling speed to make sure the process runs smoothly", says Jan van Boeijen, Head of Finance at Coop in the Netherlands.
            The automated invoice processing was successfully implemented and helps the organization to ensure quality service and customer and supplier satisfaction.
