ReadSoft has cooperated with Dinero Solutions to deliver technology which will assist with the processing of over 15,000 invoices annually for Convergent Resources. Convergent Resources, based in Atlanta, GA, is the first Oracle E-Business Suite On-Demand hosted customer in the US to implement ReadSoft's AP automation solution.

Convergent Resources has automated its accounts payable operations, so that invoice data is no longer entered manually into Oracle for line item matching. This has allowed the company to make better use of its employees. ReadSoft’s solution has also helped for better data accuracy and improved security. "As a multi-entity holding company, we needed a system that could meet the various requirements of our individual units and still enforce standard processes in our configuration," says Kevin Shiotelis, Controller at Convergent. "The ReadSoft and Dinero team were very responsive and diligent when it came to working with the hosted Oracle environment."
"Having worked with Convergent Resources since 2005 as well as being a certified Oracle On-Demand and ReadSoft partner, this project was a tremendous opportunity to deliver value to all parties," says Chris Goeckel, CEO at Dinero Solutions. "Together we have instituted a strong solution that will drive profits directly to the bottom line at Convergent Resources."
"We are very pleased to have signed and implemented our first Oracle E-Business Suite On-Demand customer in the US," says Jan Andersson, President and CEO of ReadSoft. "The value that our solution generates for Convergent Resources clearly shows the benefit companies gain by using our products."
