Lisa Saunders and Rachel Samuel, technical writers for Accusoft Pegasus, will be presenting their approach to providing Help documentation at the WritersUA Conference for Software User Assistance on 21-24 March, 2010 in Seattle, Washington.
The Conference for Software User Assistance focuses on developing user experience for software applications through comprehensive interfaces as well as accessible and helpful support information.
