I.R.I.S. has implemented an electronic document management (ECM) solution in 20 guardianship associations in France. The organizations offer protection to people as Guardians or Curators, providing social support and administering and protecting their interests.
I.R.I.S.’s solution will allow the associations to simplify and optimize their document processing procedures. The organizations process large volumes of paperwork and the new solution will help facilitate the faster processing of the files, and will make the information easily accessible from the case workers and guardians. Laurence Peysieux, ATMP de Savoie Director, commented: “I.R.I.S. made us an adapted and duly adaptable offer: a truly added value in every sense. We highly rated the permanent support, the expertise and the involvement of the teams right through every step of the project implementation process, and set to continue in the long term. The thing to distinguish I.R.I.S. the most is the efficiency of the services provided: their experts act in immediate response to events and have a very reassuring way of operating. That is what makes all the difference. There is no doubt in my mind that we made the right choice.” Patrice Bonnet, UDAF de l’Oise Administration and Finance Manager confirms: “I.R.I.S. provided the best solution in response to our specific problem in that we were seeking full integration with our Gestutel core application. Today, we have made huge improvements in terms of efficiency and in terms of the quality of service we are able to provide.”Related Articles:
