I.R.I.S. has announced that it has been selected to integrate and implement an Electronic Document Management (EDM) system with the French insurance company Assurances & Conseils. Assurances & Conseils is a branch of Groupe Crédit Immobilier de France - Procivis Immobilier, which is an insurance broker. The company employees currently number 140.
I.R.I.S. has been chosen to perform the implementation of an EDM solution which will be used in all of the company’s sites located in Lyon, Asnières, and Martinique. Assurances & Conseils aims to digitize all of its incoming and outgoing document flows such as letters, mails, and fax messages, as well as all its existing living archives.
The implementation of the new system will enable the company to minimize its huge paper archives, to speed up the circulation of information and as a result to accelerate its service to customers. The electronic document management system will also simplify the processes for all departments of the company.
Apart from the application’s functional qualities which will be put in place, the insurance company will also rate the support and I.R.I.S.’s on-site service during the project implementation.
