Parascript has collaborated with Jara Diversified Services, manufacturer of Check 21 software for branch capture, remote deposit, and remittance processing, to enable remote deposit capture. With the technology from Parascript, Jara Diversified Services (JDS) has started clearing some of the Check 21 items. The Check Clearing allows recipients of paper checks to create digital versions of the checks in order to eliminate the need for handling the physical documents. So far, Parascript and JDS have converted a large number of clients to Check 21 processing. Jara Diversified Services has 100 corporations and 124 financial institutions which use the integrated solution, including banks, savings and loans institutions.

JDS has chosen Parascript’s CheckPlus to recognize the information from the documents.
