DSTS, a Lisbon service providing company cooperating with the Portuguese Postal Company (CTT) has selected IRISXtract to automate indexing and classification of documents in their business processes.

This contract was won by I.R.I.S. BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) which delivers a platform automating business processes in the large service bureau companies, including document classification, indexing, invoice processing, and automated forms processing.

I.R.I.S. was selected by DSTS after evaluation of the platform. This is the first major contract won by I.R.I.S. in Portugal.

DSTS is a service providing company, which specializes in developing information systems and services within the Enterprise Content Management. DSTS is part of MailTEc Group, which belongs to the Portuguese national postal company Correios.
Riccardo Palmela, project manager at DSTS, commented on the new collaboration: “I am deeply impressed about the performance and flexibility of IRISXtract™.
