Matrisen, an accounting company in Sweden, and ReadSoft, the provider of software solutions for Document Automation, have recently signed a partner agreement.

Matrisen will be selling WEBEYE, the cloud-based data capture solution by ReadSoft. WEBEYE is a platform designed for service handling via the Internet. The solution and will provide Matrisen’s customers with access to ReadSoft’s invoice automation solutions.

Matrisen’s main business fields are accounting, financial advisory services, and payroll administration. The recent agreement for cooperation allows the company to offer ReadSoft’s invoice automation handling solutions via WEBEYE. The latest trend in software development is for the software to be hosted on external servers, which is called cloud computing or Software as a Service. With WEBEYE, ReadSoft is offering this service via a web based interface. “Cloud based data capture with WEBEYE eliminates the problems with a large, resource intensive IT- infrastructure that requires dedicated labor for system administration and time-consuming manual operations,” says Tor Holmgren, Business Area Manager for Change Management at Matrisen. “By using WEBEYE, our clients can more or less eliminate initial investments and by doing so, reduce their costs at the same time as their business and workflow becomes more efficient.”
