Ricoh, a company specializing in the office and production printing markets, has recently signed an agreement with ReadSoft. The partnership agreement expands the relationship between the two companies in France and Holland and includes other countries in the EMEA region.

Ricoh has been working to optimize document processing efficiency and modernize work environments. The company is a global provider of document process automation solutions, outsourcing, production printing and print management. “The partnership between ReadSoft and Ricoh in France and the Netherlands has been very successful for many years,” says Ragnar Janson, Vice President of International Sales at ReadSoft. “We are very glad that Ricoh has decided to extend our valued partnership to include the rest of Europe. This agreement represents substantial opportunities for both ReadSoft and Ricoh to further develop our business into new markets within the region.”

The recent agreement allows Ricoh to incorporate software by ReadSoft to meet the expectations of its customers and expand its document management services. “ReadSoft has an excellent range of software solutions which support our document management portfolio and ensure we are continuing to deliver a total service for our customers. Businesses today are seeking partners that will provide a best-in-class service, extending beyond providing the component parts only. Ricoh is delighted to work with ReadSoft to meet this demand” says Jim Potter, Executive Vice President, Operations, Ricoh Europe.

“Ricoh is one of our biggest partners and we look forward to working with Ricoh Europe more extensively via the pan-European agreement,” comments Jan Andersson, CEO at ReadSoft. “This agreement is in line with our overall strategy to increase partner sales worldwide. Together with Ricoh, we are confident that we will deliver world-class solutions helping enterprises to achieve their full potential, driving process efficiencies, and substantial long-term savings.”
