A large IT-services provider in Oceania has chosen to implement the SAP-certified invoice automation solution by Readsoft. The implementation took place in Australia and New Zealand.
The customer is a provider of information and communication based solutions. In order to solve costly problems, the company implemented an accounts payable (AP) automation project in two of its departments - Procurement and Finance.
The objectives of the project were to improve supplier relationships as well as to reduce the receipt-to-payment cycle times. If the company is able to make payments to its suppliers on time, it can benefit from early payment discounts, and negotiate better contracts. In addition to that, fewer employees are required to process the invoices.

ReadSoft has a good record in similar implementations within SAP environments. The company specializes in software solutions for Document Automation for business processes such as workflows, data entry, classification, ERP matching, and e-invoicing. “ReadSoft is proud to be the leading provider of accounts payable automation solutions, particularly within the SAP-space,” comments Jan Andersson, CEO at ReadSoft. “With our talented and dedicated team down under, we are confident that we will achieve the targeted AP objectives for this project.”
