ReadSoft is delivering its invoice automation solution to The Swiss Radio and Television Corporation (SRG SSR), the largest provider of electronic media in Switzerland.

The SRG SSR is planning to centralize its invoice processes by automating workflows that will be adapted to the needs SRG SSR by ReadSoft specialists. ReadSoft's delivers a product for invoice processing which speeds up the invoice process, makes it more efficient and reduces costs. SRG SSR has 18 radio stations and 8 TV programs, online and teletext services, and is the largest Swiss provider of electronic media.

ReadSoft will implement at The SRG SSR its Accounts Payable solution PROCESS DIRECTOR and its solution for data capture EDI COCKPIT. PROCESS DIRECTOR for Accounts Payable is fully integrated in SAP and delivers a real-time overview of the invoices as well as their processing status. With the data capture solution, all relevant data will be automatically captured from the invoices and sent to SAP for further processing. Users will have faster and efficient invoice processing, invoices will be approved in timely manner and a better cash flow management will be ensured. Additionally, all of the steps in the process will be documented to ensure the process transparency.
