ReadSoft, a provider of document process automation, has signed an expansion agreement with a UK based global telecommunications provider to expand document and invoice automation.
ReadSoft has extended their 4-year relationship in order to be able to accommodate the recent centralization activities for the telecommunications company. The demand for invoice processing has doubled during this period. The company first started working with ReadSoft to improve efficiencies in finances and now continues further with automation for their increasing volumes of documents. The company is extending the deployment of software to include ReadSoft INVOICES for the automation of invoice processing within SAP. The organizations’ invoices are posted, accounted for and prepared for payment – all automatically. In this way the solution can improve visibility and international managements. By integrating further document and invoice automation within their SAP environment, the telecommunications company can reduce inefficiencies and retain improved process visibility and compliance. ReadSoft INVOICES processes invoice regardless of their source. With the solution, all incoming invoices are directed into the same flow, the relevant information is automatically extracted, validated and transferred to an ERP system for coding approval authorization by the accounts payable staff.
