A North American pharmaceutical company will automate its accounts payable process with a SAP-certified solution for invoice automation from ReadSoft.

The organization processes mostly paper invoices. The accounts payable department of the company commonly had to deal with slow payment cycles and missing invoices. The company decided to automate their invoice process and eliminate paper invoices to increase efficiency and control over the finances.

Using the SAP-certified invoice processing solution from ReadSoft, the company will no longer face the issue of lost invoices and benefit from improved visibility while also speeding up the process. The solution supports multiple languages and will work with the organization’s existing investment in SharePoint.
