I.R.I.S. Nordics, which is a subsidiary of the I.R.I.S. Group, has been chosen as the implementation partner by the Norwegian law firm BA‐HR. I.R.I.S. Nordics is to implement iManage WorkSite, Autonomy Interwoven’s document management solution for the legal market.

            BA‐HR is a Norwegian law firm, dedicated to helping businesses with all key commercial disciplines. The firm supports Norwegian clients in global transactions and provides advice to foreign organizations on conditions in Norway.
           Christopher Helgeby, Head of knowledge and technology at BA‐HR, said: “A high level of execution and teamwork is the key to our business. The implementation of a new document management system is all about leveraging the true value of teamwork.”
            BA‐HR was having a number of issues with its document management system, particularly with the archiving of e-mails and documents. Christopher Helgeby: “We were in need of a system that would improve our e‐mail management capabilities and that would make it easy for users to efficiently store and retrieve large volumes of e‐mails that they receive and send every day. We also were in need to have a complete electronic archive. By implementing a new document management system based on iManage WorkSite, we want to establish a true electronic archive and lower the threshold for lawyers to store and retrieve their information. We already know electronic filing: we now want to improve it a few notches.”
            iManage WorkSite is used by a large number of law firms worldwide. Implementing the solution will help BA‐HR enhance its teamwork abilities, improve information overview, streamline email management, and enhance searching capabilities.
