Digitech Systems, a software manufacturer of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), is now including free email management for their customers. The company enables businesses of any size to manage, retrieve and store corporate email information for free.
The PaperVision Message Manager module, designed to capture, sort, and secure email within the enterprise content management systems, is now available as a free add-on component when businesses purchase ECM. The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) require companies in the United States to store and manage email as critical business records. Email usage is estimated to be growing with about 40% per year, according to a recent Gartner Group study. The secure management of this information can be very expensive. Now, companies can manage all their corporate email free of charge. This may include from one mailbox to tens of thousands. “It’s tough out there. Companies are looking for ways to do more with fewer resources. Every company has email, and free email management allows them to comply with federal regulations and streamline records management practices without breaking the bank,” said HK Bain, CEO of Digitech Systems. “Now companies can manage all their documents, including the thousands of emails that are generated every day, without any added costs.” Related Articles:
