Smart OCR is a professional, but easy to use desktop software application for Windows systems enabling users to effortlessly convert scanned paper documents, faxes and screenshots into editable and searchable computer files. To do this, users manually specify the regions for recognition and save them for future use. When you open another document with the same type of forms in Smart OCR, the software automatically moves and rotates the saved regions to their proper orientation.
