The Gold Certified Microsoft Partner BCSYS and ReadSoft are launching a packaged solution for document automation.

The new product is called BCSYS EDOCS and is based on ReadSoft’s INVOICES. It features a connector which enables process automation within MS Dynamics NAV. The product is available on the French market and is also expected on premise or on the cloud via ReadSoft Online as a Software as a Service (SaaS).

BCSYS EDOCS allows Microsoft’s ERP users to automate their supplier invoice process. BCSYS, a ReadSoft’s Platinum partner, developed a module integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The first part of the process is delivered by INVOICES with ReadSoft Online and uses Microsoft’s Azure platform. The invoices which have been processed can be stored within SharePoint, Office 365, or another archive solution.

BCSYS EDOCS lets consumers rationalize the complete supplier invoices process and increases efficiencies. The complete solution combines data capture, recognition, invoice matching/PO (Purchase Orders), approval workflow and archiving.
