E-readers, tablets and smart phones make work and reading easier and faster, enabling users to quickly search and take notes. With FineReader 11, you can turn documents into popular E-book formats, including EPub, FB2, HTML, PDF and DjVu.
There are two ways to save your document as an E-book format. The first way to do this to click the arrow located next to the Save button and choose a format. If the list of format options does not include your desired format, you can select Save to Other Format.
The second way to save text as an E-book format is to follow these steps: 1. Select File and click Save Document As 2. Select your preferred desired format, e.g. Electronic Publication (EPUB).
When you save a document into EPUB, you can adjust some additional settings, such as fonts and font sizes. You can add options by clicking Tools> Options...> FB2/EPUB. The Document Settings option lets you specify the document's title, author, and add keywords or a comment in the Annotation field. The Picture Settings allow you to reduce a file's size when the image contains a large number of pictures. The Retain Layout option enables you to preserve the layout of a document.
