If you need to process large volumes of documents, batch scanning can save you a lot of money. However, if you are processing a variety of different document types, it can be much harder to achieve high accuracy.
The best way to deal with such documents is to split them, separating the pages into the appropriate groups and then let the software optimize the separated documents for accuracy.
Here is how to do this: Click File, and then click Split into Several Documents. Or, you can right-click "Pages" in the Pages window and select Create New Document with Selected Pages... In the Split Document dialog box, hit Add document in order to create the documents you need.
You can move pages into the appropriate documents in three ways: 1. Select and drag the pages. 2. Click Move to move the selected pages into the current document in the New Documents pane. 3. Click CTRL+RIGHT ARROW to move pages into the current document.

Once you have moved the pages into the new FineReader documents, you can click Create in each of the documents or Create All to create all documents at once. Related Articles:
